Tess was very helpful in easing my anxiety over my cat's health. He needed to have his thyroid removed and she was able to speak to him several times about what he needed. Her help guided me to care properly for him immediately after surgery, as well as before. She knew Captain Jack was an especially loving cat with a gift for being kind to all. She knew his favorite color (red) and his favorite color flower (pink) and his favorite spot to look out the window. Although she has never met Captain Jack nor been to my home, she certainly knows him well, and he knows her. She is very gifted at animal communication. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone with her talents and sensitivity. |

Our goal with the horse rescue (HorseNet) is to help as many horses as possible become whole not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The reason for this is because many of the wounds the horses come to us with are not only physical -- their wounds can be caused by abusive training methods - making the horse do something that they are not correctly trained for and mentally frying them -- emotional abandonment - such as many homes in a short period of time - as well as starvation and just plain poor management. Most of the phone calls I get start out with the phrase "you are our last hope -- no one else will help". Many problems can be corrected with chiropractic, acupuncture and just food -- other problems that live in the emotional and spiritual realm need specialized care & treatment and that's where Tess becomes invaluable. Tess has worked with many of our horses and has helped many with their problems to the point that they are able to stay in their homes and be productive. Tess has become an integral part of our "repair team" and has proven time and time again just how complex and wonderful our 4-legged charges are. We 2-legged humans could learn much from them!  After adopting a pony named Huckleberry "Huck", we soon found out that he was a special horse. He had many great qualities one would look for in a horse for an 11 year old girl. After having him almost 4 years, we were unable to get him "settled in" in a lot of ways. He was very unsure of himself and spooked at basically "nothing". I was on the lookout for another horse when I came across Tess. Although "I" can not explain it - this is now a whole new horse! He has gained so much confidence in himself, his whole personality changed within a week or so. I do know for sure, it is all owed to Tess. I can feel him so much more relaxed and confident. After hearing about his past and past life, we understand him so much more. My daughter Sierra has gained a whole new respect and will NEVER part with him ever. He is her partner in so many ways. They are now finally the happy pair that we had hoped for all these years. He is indeed a special horse and has made a 100% turn around since Tess worked with him. If you need help with an animal, you would be mistaken not to give Tess a try! We are very grateful to say the least! |
